1. General Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• My work is for personal use only unless agreed upon different terms.
• Claiming my art as yours is not acceptable in any way.2. Payment & Pricing
• All prices are in [your currency] and must be paid fully after sketch or 50/50, which is 50% of the payment after sketch and 50% right before finishing and sending the final result.
• Payments are accepted on Paypal or Cashapp (More to come)
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, deadlines, or additional requests.3. Process & Turnaround
• I will provide the number on which you are listed and the progress updates (sketch, base colors, etc)
• Turnaround time is typically [estimated time] but may vary due to complexity or workload.
•You are allowed to make minor changes after the sketch is sent if you would like to fix something.4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Full refunds are only available if I have not started your commission.
• Partial refunds may be given depending on progress.
• No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.
• If I need to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund.5. Usage & Copyright
• You may not claim my work as your own or use it for AI rework training.
• You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (icons, wallpapers, printing for yourself, etc.).
• If you want commercial rights, (such as using it to promote something) we can negotiate an additional fee depending on what it might be for.6. Contact & Delivery
• I will communicate through [email, Discord, or Twitter] for updates.
• Final artwork will be delivered in [format, e.g., PNG, PSD] via [Google Drive, email, etc.].
